Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students for whom responsible. Follow district policy and building procedures associated with student management; consistently demonstrate proficient classroom management a cooperative relationship with other staff a high individual rate of attendance (goal being 95% or above annually) in order to maximize student all building procedures regarding attendance and punctuality keeping your Principal informed at all clear objectives for all lessons units and projects and communicate those objectives to materials and classrooms for class teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students varying needs and accurate and complete student records as required by laws district policies and administrative and grade class work and homework in a timely manner. Communicate student progress by posting to Edline as required by your building all Board policies administrative procedures and rules governing and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction using research-based best and counsel all students based on their academic interests and and monitor students in the use and care of equipment and materials in order to prevent injuries and for assigned classes and show written evidence of preparation upon request of immediate technology to support with parents and/or guardians to discuss their childrens with parents or guardians other teachers counselors and administrators in order to resolve students behavioral and academic in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 objectives and comprehensive lesson plans following curriculum maps and the Arkansas State professional meetings educational conferences and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional with other teachers and administrators in the development evaluation and revision of secondary school reports on students and activities as required by the store order issue and inventory classroom equipment materials and standardized ability and achievement tests according to state requirements and interpret results to determine students strengths and areas of implement and update Academic Improvement staff meetings and serve on committees as supervisory duties as assigned in accordance with state to Malvern School District Policies and the state-mandated Educators Code of all state and federal guidelines in association with IDEA and ADA to ensure that all students have access to a comprehensive a valid Arkansas Teachers License with appropriate certification and Highly Qualified Teacher status (if applicable).
