Job Summary
Oversee all technical and administrative aspects of assigned civil engineering tasks related to water and wastewater projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards local regulations and client specifications.
Prepare and submit regular reports and documentation on project progress challenges and solutions.
Supervise coordinate and guide work teams ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
Review design drawings specifications and BOQs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Conduct site inspections and ensure implementation of quality control procedures.
Liaise with project stakeholders including consultants contractors and government entities.
Contribute to resolving technical issues and provide engineering expertise when needed.
Utilize various engineering software tools effectively for design review calculations and reporting.
Ensure the project aligns with cost quality and timeline objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in water and wastewater projects.
Familiarity with Saudi technical standards and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in supervisory and leadership roles on similar infrastructure projects.
Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D SAP2000 or equivalent.
Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
