Job Description

Key Performance Indicators

Adherence to Ethics & Compliance policies
Timely and accurate reporting of medical activities
Achievement of annual medical affairs targets
Quality and relevance of medical insights shared
Effectiveness of cross-functional collaboration
Compliance in material review and approval
Risk mitigation and internal control execution
Responsiveness to safety and technical complaints

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Medicine is must (Medical Doctors).
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in clinical research drug development and medical affairs.
Expertise in Oncology is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Familiarity with clinical trials medical information and compliance standards.
