Your Job

As Senior Sales Manager UK your mission is to accelerate Sparteos international expansion by driving agency-led revenue growth. You are a strategic architect: you dont just sell products; you shape and optimize our advertising offerings to align with the UK markets sophisticated needs. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between agency expectations and Sparteos technological innovation.

Responsibilities & Key Missions

Revenue Development & Strategic Partnerships

  • Direct Agency Growth: Lead and expand revenue from agency partners securing long-term high-value contracts.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs rigorously identifying optimization levers to consistently exceed revenue targets.

  • Sales Effectiveness: Provide strategic insights to refine our UK sales methodology and boost agency engagement.

Offer Development & Product Influence

  • Solution Improvement: Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to iterate on our Adtech stack based on real-time UK market trends.

  • Insight Integration: Act as a feedback loop incorporating client needs into the product roadmap to enhance the relevance of our marketing offerings.

Custom Solution Creation & Scalability

  • Bespoke Design: Develop tailored advertising solutions that align client objectives with Sparteos unique technical capabilities.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with Marketing Ops and Product to ensure every custom solution is feasible scalable and delivered flawlessly.

Market Strategy & Intelligence

  • Opportunity Scouting: Proactively identify new business blue oceans and anticipate shifts in agency needs (e.g. cookieless privacy-first).

  • Commercial Roadmap: Help define and execute the UK demand-side strategy in alignment with Sparteos global growth objectives.

Your profile for this job

  • Experience: Solid track record in agency-side or demand-side sales within the Adtech/Digital Advertising sector (London market experience is vital).

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to design custom solutions and influence product strategy based on market feedback.

  • Analytical Rigor: Comfortable using data insights and market research to refine value propositions.

  • Collaboration: A true team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and values collective success.
