Job Summary
OCU Group is driving the UKs energy transition through innovative infrastructure and utilities contracting.
Were looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost and contract management across complex construction projects.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor youll take ownership of cost planning contract negotiation and risk management from project inception to completion. Youll play a key role in ensuring commercial success while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cost estimation budgeting and cost control across projects
Manage contracts variations claims and disputes
Oversee tendering and procurement processes
Deliver accurate cost reports and financial forecasts
Identify and mitigate commercial risks
Mentor junior surveyors and foster team development
What Youll Bring
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Extensive experience in complex construction projects
Strong knowledge of contracts procurement and cost management
