About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Developer to drive real business impact by designing implementing and scaling agentic AI solutions within autonomous transportation systems. This role focuses on offboard ATS systems where AI agents support operations safety testing and data-driven decision-making. You will work at the intersection of AI engineering software development and operational excellence collaborating across engineering operations and data teams to deliver autonomous explainable and production-grade AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design implementation and experimentation of Agentic AI solutions for ATS offboard systems.

• Investigate and operationalize AI-driven process automation and workflow orchestration.

• Build autonomous and semi-autonomous agents that retrieve context reason over data and propose actions with traceable evidence.

• Develop robust software services and algorithms for data analysis within autonomous transport systems.

• Design and integrate AI solutions that enhance the value of operational and telemetry data.

• Contribute to data pipeline design and implementation using Kafka and Databricks.

• Ensure solutions are scalable observable and production-ready.

• Drive advanced operation development scenarios using data-driven and AI-based methods.

• Translate operational needs into technical AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.

• Act as a technical leader and coach within AI engineering.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations safety testing and platform teams.

• Share knowledge and best practices around agentic systems AI workflows and emerging technologies.

• Support change management and adoption of AI-driven workflows across the organization.

• Key Use Cases You Will Work On:

  • Operations Support Tiered Support Automation

    • Automate ticket triage for Tier 1/2 operations.

    • Classify incoming tickets retrieve logs/metrics surface similar incidents and known fixes.

    • Present a ready-to-act context for faster resolution or escalation.

  • Road Safety Remote Assistance Triage

    • Support rapid decision-making during roadside incidents.

    • Ingest vehicle telemetry and logs to identify likely root causes.

    • Retrieve similar past degradations and propose next actions with supporting evidence.

  • Test Report Support Auto-Generated & Live Status

    • Automate test campaign reporting across tools and systems.

    • Generate continuously updated reports with traceable references to results and issues.

  • Test Analysis Coverage Intelligence

    • Link requirements planned tests and executed tests.

    • Identify coverage gaps redundancies and weak traceability.

    • Support test engineers and safety reviewers with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience as a software developer.

• 25 years of hands-on experience implementing Agentic AI solutions.

• Proven experience taking AI solutions from concept to production.

• Strong experience with agent-based systems AI orchestration or autonomous workflows.

• Solid software engineering background (Python backend services APIs).

• Experience with data pipelines and streaming architectures (Kafka).

• Familiarity with Databricks data lakes and large-scale data processing.

• Experience working with logs telemetry metrics and operational data.

• Understanding of AI model integration retrieval-augmented systems and explainability is a plus.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional AI initiatives.

• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on tangible outcomes.

• Comfortable working in complex safety-critical domains.

• Fluency in English
