Were looking for forward-thinking Project Managers to join Sofigate and help our customers lead change in the era of AI. Youll work at the intersection of business technology and people designing and leading impactful transformation projects.

Youll use your AI skills and agent-based tools to boost efficiency and insight in your daily work from planning to presenting. But youll also know when and how to lean into human interaction influence and communication to make real change happen.

What will your work include

Digital and AI-enabled transformation is not just about technology its about connecting business technology and people. As an Advisor youll work at this intersection and support our customers in building future-proof capabilities.

What you will do:

Lead business-critical transformation projects
Youll use AI tools (e.g. generative AI and agent-based tools) in your daily work to accelerate planning reporting and decision making. Youll be supported in further developing these skills.
Act as a trusted partner to business and IT stakeholders building strong relationships
Bring structure insight and clarity to complex problems
Present your ideas clearly convincingly and visually to turn strategy into action

A confident communicator who influences with clarity and presence: fluent in using PowerPoint Excel and Word to support impactful messaging.
Comfortable leading projects and enjoy working with people as well as communicating fluently in Finnish and English
A strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to operate independently proactively leading your own work

We hope you have at least 45 years of relevant project management experience (delivering projects such as ERP CRM or other platforms) and experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall). Consulting and/or change management (OCM) experience is considered an advantage.
