Tasks
- Plan and arrange client travel: flights hotels transportation tours and more
- Offer advice based on client preferences and budgets
- Stay informed on travel trends destinations and regulations
- Work with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates
- Build strong client relationships for repeat business & referrals
- Handle travel documentation and protection plans
- Keep accurate booking and payment records
