Responsibilities

Maintain documentation reporting and record keeping
Implement an Emergent Curriculum
Support childrens emotional physical and behavioral well-being while fostering social emotional cognitive and physical skills
Maintain attendance and health and safety checks
Collaborate with professionals such as Speech Therapists Occupational Therapists and Early Interventionists
Support children through classroom transitions
Meet all classroom ratios as outlined in CCEYA
Participate in team meetings and workshops

Qualifications

Registered with the College of ECE and in good standing
Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
Up-to-date immunization records and two-step TB test
Ability to push pull and lift up to 45 lbs
