Position Summary:

This roleis responsible forthe performing QC analysis of packaging materials and engineering components to support manufacture and release of pharmaceutical products

Responsibilities:

  • To perform quality control analytical testing of incoming goods packagingmaterialsand engineering components to ensure compliance with QC Specifications.

  • To prepare technical documentation including but not limited to analytical write-ups standard operating procedures specificationsinvestigationsand reports.

  • To perform planned preventative maintenance and performance calibrations on equipment.

  • To perform transfer/verification/validation of laboratory procedures within the team where.

  • Tomaintainown trainingrecords and supportand train other team members as.

  • Toparticipatein continuous improvement activities and look for further opportunities to progress the team/department.

  • To communicate optimally with others on site and internationally and toparticipatewith them in problem solving activities.

  • Ensure cGMP is applied in their area of work and align with cGMP in all areas of the business.

  • To work with HSE cGMP and 5S in mindat all times.

  • To carry out any other tasks which may befrom time to time.

EH&S:

  • Understand emergency procedures and align with safe systems of work.

  • Ensure compliance with environment health and safety and security policies and procedures rulessignageand instructionsat all times

  • Ensuretimelyreporting and investigation of all accidents near misses and breaches of rules

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Ability to work withhigh levelsof focusconcentrationand attention to detail.

  • Ability to meet vision test requirement (with or without glasses).

  • Ability to differentiate between colours.

  • Ability to work to critical timelines with the ability to contribute to overseas travel as part of the project team.

  • Effective communication skills at all internal and external levels.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent organisational skills
