The AMR & Automation Senior Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) business across the ANZ region. This role sits at the intersection of strategy technology and executionowning the end-to-end success of large-scale AMR deployments from solution scoping and design through implementation delivery and go-live.
As a senior leader within the AMR team youll bring deep technical expertise and strong commercial judgment to complex automation projects working cross-functionally to deliver scalable high-impact solutions for our customers. Youll also be a key driver of continuous improvementshaping how we evolve our solutions refine delivery practices and grow the AMR business over time.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Pre-sales activities including all elements of scoping planning and delivering product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the clients technical requirements and audience
- Build POCs and technical documents todemonstratethe art ofwhatspossible and align this with the clients business and technical objectives
- Lead the development of project planning estimates and contribute to defining project timelines projectplansand milestones.
- Being a contact for the client partners and our team during Implementation & Delivery phases in a SME capacity
- Review andmaintainall aspects of project deployment to ensure compliance and OH&S standards are maintained
- Understand the opportunities and client expectations in building outan ongoingSupport & Maintenance Model post-delivery phases
- Creatively collaborate anddeliver onconstant growth and innovation we are always looking for ways to be more sustainable!
- Conduct and activelyparticipatein Project Reviews to ensure continuous improvement is always embedded within our people our culture and our projects and our deliverables
- Serve as a trusted escalation point and approachable point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders
- Provide guidance instructions and leadership on the work of other team members in our AMR group including review of high-level designs test plans results and reviews
- Providing opportunity for growth development and career progression within the AMR team and continuouslycontributeto knowledge sharing and transfer
What you bring to the team:
- Substantial & successful operational experience within the warehousing industry
- Knowledge & experiencetowarehouse automation systems
- Experience and ability to successfully design automated and manual DC processes and how they integrate
- Proficient in AUTOCAD and similar design software
- Serve as a functional and operational expert able to understand interpret andanalysedata developing a deep understanding of our clients DC/Warehouse operations andprovideexpertiseon how best to integrate and implement our products and solutions
