CNC Milling/Turning Setup / Operator 1st Shift
Waukegan/Gurnee area
MondayThursday 5:00AM -3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)
$18$35/hr (based on experience)
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Join our team as a CNC Setup & Operator and take pride in producing high-quality precision parts. Youll set up and run CNC Mills Lathes and Swiss Turning Centers while ensuring every part meets blueprint specifications and customer expectations.
What Youll Do

Set up and operate CNC Mills Lathes and Swiss Turning Centers
Read and interpret blueprints setup sheets programs and routers
Perform first-piece in-process and final inspections using micrometers calipers and gauges
Maintain quality assurance records and meet engineering specifications
Keep equipment running efficiently and support continuous improvement
Report daily production in ERP system

What Were Looking For
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
510 years experience setting up/programming CNC milling & turning machines
35 years experience in machining
Skilled with micrometers calipers and blueprint interpretation

Preferred:

Haas or Tsugami machine experience
