About the role
Fugro Malaysia Marine is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. This full-time role will play a key part in the overall HR operations and strategy of our growing organisation.
What youll be doing
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding and offboarding
- Monthly payroll updates medical / insurances information and billing matter with service provider.
- Assist in implementation of HR policies procedures and best practices
- Provide HR support to employees on a range of HR matters
- Administration of HR-related systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
What were looking for
- Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Min 5 years of experience in the relevant experience
- Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of HR disciplines including recruitment employee relations with payroll knowledge
- MNC working environment experience excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization
- Meticulous initiative organized and team player.
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
