Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level support to users for systems and corporate applications.
Assist with the installation configuration and maintenance of operating systems (Windows / Linux).
Develop and maintain scripts applications and automations to optimize internal processes.
Participate in the analysis development and testing of internal applications.
Collaborate on system integrations and API consumption.
Monitor servers applications and services.
Document code technical processes and system configurations.
Support digitalization continuous improvement and new technology implementation projects.
Comply with information security policies and development standards.
Education:
Requirements:
6 months of experience in systems support and/or software development (internships or professional practices accepted).
Bachelors degree in systems engineering Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (completed or in final semesters).
English Advanced
Desired Qualitications:
Technical Skills Systems
Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
Virtualization (VMware Hyper-V; basic Docker knowledge is a plus).
Backup monitoring and basic security concepts.
Technical Skills Development
Programming languages: Python Java C# JavaScript or similar.
Scripting and automation (Python PowerShell Bash).
Basic knowledge of databases (SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL).
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Basic development and consumption of REST APIs.
Introductory web development knowledge (HTML CSS; basic frameworks are a plus).
