As a Product Associate in Acquiring Data & Analytics Platform you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Job responsibilities
- Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
- Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
- Participates in product planning sessions contributes ideas and insights and assists in the execution of product initiatives ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows requirements stories and customer value
- Drive and own end-to-end process understanding the data requirements and leveraging analytical tools to deliver solutions
- Develop strategyto integrate complementary data products
- Collaborate across many cross-functional groups (e.g. analytics technology data risk compliance legal) to define business needs and identify effective solutions
- Develop innovative solutions and review output to measure KPIs
- Develop ways to leverage data assets to improve overall client experience and satisfaction
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management project management or a relevant domain area
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Expertise in data mining (SQL Snowflake) candidate needs to have the ability to analyze data
- Data Visualization (Tableau Quicksight Power BI ThoughtSpot)
- Expertise in leading end to end product development
- Understanding of application development process; prior programming experience
- Experience in the payments industry and/or technology-enabled industries
- Experience in agile methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to work across functions as well as with outside parties to ensure alignment and timely implementation of initiatives
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics Finance Computer Science Mathematics or related field of study; Advance Degree preferred
- Ability to build trust-based relationships
- Ability to work well within deadlines
- Executive presence and presentation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Understanding deep data environments ideally with a Merchant mindset
- High achievement orientation with ability to lead and motivate others around results
