Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily vehicle sales operations by structuring deals approving pricing and incentives coordinating with finance and sales teams and ensuring each transaction meets dealership lender and compliance standards
- Support sales staff in closing deals manage inventory flow and help maximize profitability while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Work with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Guide and mentor sales representatives through the sales process assisting in closing deals as needed
- Foster customer loyalty by consistently delivering exceptional experiences
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly ensuring satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on federal state and local regulations
- Consistently display professionalism when interacting with staff and customers
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a dealership desk manager or similar automotive management role
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and train others
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Goal-oriented with excellent closing abilities
- Energetic enthusiastic and excellent at communication and interpersonal relations
- Ability to contribute to a culture of change innovation and teamwork
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Schedule:
- Monday Saturday one weekday off (flexible scheduling)
- Closed on Sundays
