Essential Responsibilities:

Must have prior mechanical experience such as automotive power generation heavy equipment or diesel engines.
Perform preventative maintenance (oil change valve adjustment lube and check equipment)
Experienced using tools (including diagnostic equipment hand tools and power tools)
Ability to read interpret safety documents schematics and other mechanical diagrams
Experienced in troubleshooting and repairs of an engine.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
Ability to travel incl. overnight travel.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
Must have a positive attitude strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
Must be able to communicate via telephone & email

Qualification Requirements:

Strong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive support
Empower and inspire the Service teams and Customers 7 years experience in a technical role or
extensive years of experience with issue resolution exposure within (Field-)
Service on engines (ideally INNIO Jenbacher engines) Technical attitude complemented by strong business acumen including basic IT skills
Willingness to work in shift model (depending) and on call
Experience working with electrical or mechanical systems
Fluency in English a must
Good interpersonal skills

Job specific knowledge:

Strong communication skillsexperienced in customer communications.
Boundaryless and multi-culture working mindset and team player.
Able to work efficiently without direct supervision.

Preferred:

Multi-working experience with Jenbacher gas engines in the field operational & commissioning all engine types.
Jenbacher training certifications: FTB FTA CT1 CT2 MR6
Mechanical RCA research and analysis exposure
Previous field experience a bonus
