What youll do

  • Support customers and users by handling queries via email online forms and phone.
  • Assist with catalog testing: code redemptions links and error detection.
  • Coordinate with other departments to solve incidents (via JIRA or Basecamp).
  • Make changes and updates to predefined templates and macros.

What were looking for

  • Current studies in Business Technology or Digital Marketing.
  • Native or bilingual Spanish and advanced English (C1).
  • Advanced Catalan is a plus.
  • Strong command of Excel and Google Drive.
  • Curiosity and drive to learn about customer experience and digital platforms.
