Division: Chief Information Security Office (CISO) Identity & Access Management (IDAM) tribe

As a global financial market infrastructure the protection of Euroclear information and assets is fundamental to the companys business. Security is at the core of our services firmly embedded in the management systems and processes of the company.

You will be joining CISO in the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. IDAM oversees implementing operating and managing all the access from to or within the Euroclear IT infrastructure. This helps to ensure that everyone has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons provided in a way which aligns to the increasingly meticulous compliance requirements Euroclear is subject to. Services covered by IDAM include access management user lifecycle management privileged access management and recertification as well as providing delivery and advisory services.

Job description

User Access Management team member

As a member of the User Access Management team you will be responsible for end2end management of end user accesses throughout the different stages in the lifecycle of their career hereby ensuring they get the right access at the right moment for the right period.

More specifically you are expected to do.

• Ensure day2day operational targets and agreed service levels are structurally met by timely provisioning/removing access for joiners movers and leavers.
• Help to establish a first time right mindset in the team to ensure services are delivered with the right level of quality and in line with relevant process controls as well as security and compliance guidelines. Zero Trust: Verify explicitly - Use least privilege access - Assume breach.
• Identify and drive forward continuous improvement. Maintain a critical mindset and seek opportunities for automation.
• Manage business stakeholders to ensure both internal client satisfaction as well as client education where required (to ensure client adherence to standard processes).
• Where required also provide support to the other teams that belong to the same IDAM operations family.

Skills and experience

• Time management skills: ability to prioritize tasks manage workload and meet deadlines particularly when dealing with escalated requests.
• Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a highly regulated environment.
• Preferably some experience working in highly regulated environments Identity and Access Management experience is a plus.
• Experience with SailPoint ServiceNow and/or Mainframe or CREST applications is a plus.
• Initiative-taking approach with curious mind-set to learn new skills at personal level.
• Strong organisational and administrative skillsand ability to adhere and follow policies and procedures.
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with users team members and other stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
