About the role

This is a Handy Person role based across our Supported Accommodation service In Swansea. You will provide small/medium repairs maintenance and minor adaptation service to our accommodation services. you will have experience of working In the building trade as well as experience of working within a domestic environment In occupied premises. you will be provided with a van tools and materials to carry out your role.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Extensive experience of working in the building trade is essential
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload effectively
• Awareness of Health and Safety regulations. Awareness of risk assessment issues COSHH RIDDOR CDM etc.
• Experience of working within a domestic environment in occupied premises
• Full clean UK Driving Licence

Pay and Pensions

• 24531.00 FTE (12.75 per hour)
• Sleep-in rate: 62.64 per 8 hour shift
