Job Summary
The opportunity
A major civil engineering contractor delivering AMP8 frameworks is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to support long-term water and utilities projects across multiple regions. Youll manage commercial aspects of projects from start to finish within a collaborative delivery-led environment.
Responsibilities
Full commercial management of projects or work packages
Preparation and agreement of valuations and compensation events
Cost forecasting and reporting under NEC contracts
Subcontractor procurement and management
Requirements
Proven NEC contract experience
Water utilities or heavy civils background
Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
Contractor-side experience preferred
