Revive Recruitment is partnering with a well-funded Construction Tech start-up thats using AI to digitise and automate one of Europes largest and most complex industries.
This is not a role for someone looking for comfort heavy structure or a strict 95.
This is a role for builders owners and problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to create something meaningful from scratch.
What youll do
Own the end-to-end MLOps & AI lifecycle from experimentation to production
Build scale and operate robust AI infrastructure on Azure
Take AI features from 0 1 shipping real customer value fast
Work hands-on with NLP OCR computer vision & generative AI use cases
Collaborate closely with Product Sales and Leadership to solve real-world problems
Set engineering standards tooling and best practices as the company scales
Continuously improve accuracy scalability and reliability of AI systems in production
What youll have
5 years hands-on experience in ML Engineering / MLOps
Strong Python skills and production experience on Azure
Experience deploying ML models into real products (not just research)
Comfort working in fast-moving lightly structured start-ups
A true ownership mindset you take responsibility and see things through
Willingness to get your hands dirty and operate at a deep technical level
German B2 and strong English
