Job Summary

As a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant you will:

Design configure and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Suite including: Case and Knowledge Management Employee Service Center Lifecycle Events Employee Document Management and HR Integrations
Develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow Platform leveraging: Service PortalFlow Designer and WorkflowsBusiness Rules Script Includes and UI Policies and UI Actions
Build configure and maintain integrations with third-party HR systems such as:Workday SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM.
Create and maintain reports dashboards and HR metrics using: Performance Analytics and Custom reporting capabilities.
Ensure security compliance and data privacy including role-based access and GDPR adherence.

What You Bring to the Table:

68 years of overall IT experience including 46 years in ServiceNow HRSD
Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HRSD Suite
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and configurations
Solid experience in JavaScript and Glide API
Proven expertise in server-side scripting and ServiceNow best practices
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise HRIS platforms

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Translate HR business requirements into scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions
Automate complex HR processes using Flow Designer and Workflows
Design secure and compliant HR solutions aligned with data privacy standards
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance
Develop reusable scripts and components following ServiceNow standards
Work independently while contributing effectively within Agile teams
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment
