Role Requirements

Experience using Dynamics 365
Background within Aged Care and/or Not-for-Profit
Strong Accounts Payable knowledge
Confident working independently in a temporary capacity
High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills

Role Responsibilities

End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
Invoice matching coding and batching
Processing supplier payments and payment runs
Managing supplier queries and inbox
Reconciliations of supplier statements
Assisting with month-end AP close
Supporting internal stakeholders with AP-related queries
Maintaining accurate records and compliance with internal controls
