What youll be doing
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our International IT Finance this role youll play a key part in driving effective business partnering while delivering insightful analysis and highquality reporting to senior leadership. Your work will help shape strategic decisions across a fastmoving technology landscape with ambitious plans.
This role will report into the International IT Finance Technology Services and will primarily be focussed within this area.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthend planning reporting and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial results
- Develop a strong understanding of the IT cost base providing insight data and commentary to support wider FP&A reporting
- Manage the offshore Genpact Finance Team ensuring highquality output and effective collaboration
- Support business partnering activities including monthend processes budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with the management of direct and indirect recharges across the wider business
- Work with the Finance Business Partner on SG&A project initiatives as required
- Maintain data integrity across SAP and Planning Analytics and contribute to future finance system enhancements
- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with Finance Business and Group teams to deliver a consolidated view of performance
What youll need to have (our must-haves)
- Recently qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA ACCA or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in management reporting budgeting and forecasting
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; prior experience with SAP is advantageous
