Position Summary:
Responsible for collecting analyzing and reporting data in support of the Quality Initiative. Abstracts data from medical records and enters them into information systems as appropriate. Provides guidance and direction to staff regarding performance on quality measures.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduate of accredited school of Nursing
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
License:
- Registered Nurse licensed to work in the state of Arkansas
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary Work (prolonged periods of sitting exerting up to 10 lbs. force occasionally)
- Standing/Walking work (prolonged periods of standing or walking)
- Medium Work (exert up to 50 lbs. force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly)
Environmental Conditions:
- Wet and/or humid conditions
- Moving mechanical parts
- Extreme cold
- Extreme heat
- Toxic/Caustic/Chemical/Detergents
- Blood borne pathogens
- Dust/fumes/gases
