As a Ford & CJDR Parts Advisor with Grey Wolf Auto Group in Arab AL you will play a vital role in ensuring that our service department and customers receive the right parts promptly and accurately. You will serve as the key point of contact for parts inquiries assisting both internal teams and customers with expert knowledge and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and service technicians by identifying and supplying the correct parts for Ford and Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram vehicles.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts counter ensuring availability of essential parts and accessories.
- Process orders accurately using parts cataloging systems and inventory management software.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage parts inventory to minimize delays and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions resolving issues and offering knowledgeable advice on parts and availability.
- Support the sales and service departments by facilitating efficient parts distribution and communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Ford and Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram vehicle parts is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software.
