Job Summary

Senior Helpers North Metro is hiring for our caregiver position. If you have experience in assisted living facilities independent living facilities senior living facilities nursing homes home care or healthcare or have experience as a caregiver wed love for you to join our team. We are hiring for any caregiver located inAndover Anoka Blaine Coon RapidsChamplin Circle Pines Elk River Ham Lake Lino Lakes Otsego Ramsey or the surrounding areas.
Pay Range:$19- $21 per hour
Responsibilities
- Assist with all Activates of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned. This could include assistance with bathing dressing feeding toileting and mobility.
- 1:1 caregiver to client ratio
- Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation building a rapport and participating in client hobbies or activities.
- Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
- Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the clients physical condition mental capability or behavior.
Qualifications
- Caring and Compassionate - you enjoy helping others
- Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
- Valid drivers license reliable and insured transportation
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare home care assisted living independent living medical and nursing assistance and/or CNA/HHA/PCA certification.
