Media Asset & Content Product Coordinator

• We have an opportunity for a Media Asset & Product Coordinator who will support QVC UK. As Media Asset & Product Coordinator your role will be split between Asset Coordination (65%) and Product (Sample) Timeline Management (35%)
• Youll be the go-to for processing media submissions from vendors and brands. You will be quality-checking images videos and graphics against technical specifications resolving submission issues and trafficking assets to internal teams across our platforms.
• You will also coordinate product sample processes for our campaigns and events keeping multiple stakeholders aligned and on track.

Where Youll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our Media Centre based in Chiswick Park West London 2 days per week (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company)

What Youll Do

• Stakeholder communication: Liaise primarily with the Platform Strategy and Execution team to keep them informed of all incoming materials.
• Technical standards: Maintain broadcast-quality standards by ensuring all media processed is fit for purpose.
• System management: Update and maintain accurate metadata status tracking and workflow information across our databases and systems (primarily Elements and Jira)
• Process improvement: Work collaboratively on continuous improvement of workflows with the Platform Strategy team.
• Samples timelines coordination: Build and manage product process timelines for each campaign and event ensuring all parties understand their responsibilities and deadlines. Use our project management tool Confluence to cross reference relevant documents and track progress.

• What Youll Bring: Agility. While most days follow a steady routine there are times when deadlines are tight and priorities shift quickly. Your calm approach and reliability will be key to keeping everything on track.
• Project management: Good understanding of managing processes involving several stakeholders and multiple deliverables including risk management.
• Desirable: Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and Elements is preferable but full training will be provided.
