F&I Manager
- Has experience in F&I finance or sales within RV automotive powersports marine or retail environments
- Is knowledgeable in financing options extended service contracts warranties and protection products
- Communicates clearly and confidently while building trust with customers
- Understands compliance documentation and lending processes
- Is detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
- Can explain financial products in a clear ethical and customer-friendly way
- Is comfortable working in a performance-based or commission-driven role
- Works well in a fast-paced dealership environment and collaborates closely with sales leadership
This position is a great fit for an experienced F&I professional a Senior Sales Associate ready to transition into finance or a finance-driven sales leader looking to grow with a stable expanding company.
Sales Associate - $70k-$100k
Sales Associates guide customers through the RV buying process from needs assessment to delivery.
- Have experience inretail automotive real estate furniture or commission-based sales
- Aremotivated goal-driven and comfortable working toward commission-based earnings
- Enjoy building relationships and delivering a strong customer experience
- Communicate confidently and enjoy helping customers make big-ticket purchasing decisions
- Are organized dependable and able to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process
- Are open to training and coaching no RV experience required
Ideal candidates are motivated customer-focused and enjoy building relationships while helping families create lasting position is also a great fit forcareer-changers or those coming from hospitality customer service or inside sales roles who want to move into a higher-earning relationship-driven sales career.
