Position Summary
The Integrative Health Center Support Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the health center. This position helps maintain a welcoming secure and professional environment for patients and visitors. The assistant will perform a mix of administrative and customer service tasks to ensure smooth clinic functioning and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service to patients and visitors
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for clinic transactions
Maintain strict privacy and confidentiality of patient information
Perform administrative duties: filing scanning answering phones data entry
Deep clean and organize shared areas within the clinic
Support special projects or tasks as assigned to assist clinic operations
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
Computer proficiency and ability to operate administrative equipment (e.g. scanner fax computerized phone system)
Commitment to patient privacy and professionalism
Enjoys helping others and providing exceptional customer experiences
Reliability punctuality and strong English communication skills
