What Youll Do as a Memory Care Manager

• Lead with heart: Recruit train and mentor your team while creating an environment built on trust compassion and respect.
• Inspire & empower staff: Provide coaching recognition and professional development to help your team succeed.
• Deliver exceptional care: Collaborate with families providers and staff to ensure residents receive personalized high-quality support using the Best Friends Approach to Alzheimers care.
• Ensure safety & compliance: Oversee care plans safety protocols and documentation while maintaining regulatory standards.
• Engage & connect: Build strong relationships with residents families and the community through events programs and meaningful interactions.
• Support operations: Manage departmental budgets assist with marketing and outreach and keep the neighborhood welcoming safe and organized.

What Were Looking For

• A degree in Geriatrics Elder Care or a related field (preferred).
• 2 years of leadership experience with proven supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of facility licensure regulations OSHA standards and safety procedures.
• Strong communication problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and social media.
• A warm approachable personality with a passion for seniors and memory care.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and step into other roles as needed.
