Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to serve as a key point of contact between the company and our clients. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships ensuring client satisfaction and supporting smooth communication across internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented service-driven and capable of managing multiple client interactions with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients ensuring consistent and professional communication

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and reliability

  • Understand client needs and coordinate internally to ensure expectations are met

  • Monitor ongoing accounts and address inquiries concerns or requests in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates

  • Support internal teams by providing clear client feedback and relevant information

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of client service processes
