What Youll Do as a Case Manager
- Work alongside members during daily Clubhouse activities and shared responsibilities
- Help members identify goals and develop individualized plans
- Support employment education housing and social skill development
- Train and support members in Transitional Employment (TE) positions
- Coordinate benefits resources and treatment team communication
- Support daily kitchen operations including meal preparation serving food and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Teach and model food preparation kitchen safety and customer service skills to members as part of the Clubhouse work-ordered day
- Participate in social and recreational activities on select evenings/weekends
- Maintain healthy boundaries while modeling a positive strengths-based approach
Qualifications
Applicants must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.
Applicants must meet ONE of the following:
- Bachelors degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
OR
- Bachelors degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
Additional Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Basic understanding of Social Work principles
- Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
- Willingness to obtain food handlers permit
- Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
