As aManagerBrandActivationyouwill be a critical partner in both supporting Roku sales and working externally with clients while creating & driving process and execution cross-functionally with internal teams. This role will differ from a conventional management position in that you will need to not only manage a team of individual contributors and keep them in closealignment butalso need topossessthe operational savvy to collaborate with key stakeholders and drive change.
You willleveragea deep understanding of the Ad Sales/Client Services role to drive process support salesteamsand improve outputs to clientsacrossRoku Ad Product offerings. You willbe responsible forteam-wide initiativesoperatingproceduresand ensuring the team is properly supportingbusiness development to meet revenuegoals.
The ManagerBrand Activationwill also manage campaign escalations and ensureappropriate resolution especially onpriority accounts between other cross-functional teams such as SalesAdOps Design Product and Marketing teams.A balance of strong project management experience client-firstapproachand the ability to build strong relationships with partners in the Roku organization will be key to the candidates success.
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $128000 and $160000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set certifications and specific geographical location.
