What Were Looking For
- ABA-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist
- Active IL license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Office-based or ASC experience
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professionalism
- Collaborative team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
