AI/ML & Tech Manager (m/w/d)

Um unsere ambitionierten Ziele zu erreichen setzen wir auf digitale Technologien KI-gestützte Lösungen und den Aufbau eines starken Stakeholder-Ökosystems. Diese Rolle ist entscheidend um die Integration von KI- und digitalen Tools voranzutreiben und die Effektivität unserer Customer-Facing- und Office-Teams zu steigern. Hauptaufgaben

• Entwicklung einer klaren Strategie zur Integration von KI- und digitalen Produkten in das ViiV-Ökosystem
• Erstellung einer Roadmap zur Ausrichtung der Tools an Geschäftsziele und Team-Bedürfnisse
• Aufbau von Feedback-Schleifen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Tools sowie Strategien
• Koordination mit EU-Regionalteam zur Nutzung lokaler Ressourcen für Feldtechnologie-Tools
• Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Schulungs- und Enablement-Programmen für interne Teams
• Sicherstellung der Nutzerakzeptanz und Lösung von Implementierungsherausforderungen
• Überwachung der Performance von KI-Tools und Identifizierung von Innovationspotenzial
• Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Abgeschlossenen Hochabschluss in Informatik Datenanalyse oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• Strategisches Denken und Business-Verständnis für digitale Transformation
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in KI/ML Datenanalyse und digitalen Plattformen
• Erfahrung im Change-Management und in der Prozessoptimierung
• Starke Kommunikations- und Einflussfähigkeiten für Stakeholder-Management
• Innovationsorientierung und Trendbewusstsein im Bereich digitale Gesundheit
• Projektmanagement-Skills zur Leitung von AI/Digital-Initiativen

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Zertifizierung in KI oder digitalen Transformationsprogrammen
• Erfahrung mit Cloud-Infrastrukturen und Datenintegration
• Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen im deutschen Gesundheitsmarkt
