Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and innovative Prompt Engineer to join our team in Kraków Poland. As a Prompt Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing optimizing and implementing prompts for large language models (LLMs) to enhance AI-powered applications and services.

Develop and refine prompts for various AI applications ensuring optimal performance and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective prompt strategies
Analyze and interpret data to improve prompt effectiveness and efficiency
Conduct experiments to test and validate prompt designs
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and LLMs
Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for prompt engineering
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to prompt performance and output quality
Participate in code reviews and documentation of prompt engineering processes
Work closely with AI ethics teams to ensure responsible and unbiased prompt design

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Linguistics or a related field; Masters degree preferred
2 years of experience in AI/ML field with a focus on NLP and LLMs
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and machine learning algorithms
Hands-on experience with GPT models and other large language models
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI development practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Background in computational linguistics is a plus
Familiarity with various AI applications and use cases across different industries
