The HR Data Entry/Administration Support role supports HR Services through data entry of student employment agreements such as Graduate Teaching Agreements Teaching Assistant Agreements and casual employment contracts and completing the end-to-end process monitoring non-advertised recruitment through the Smart Recruiters system and supporting all staff through the on-boarding processes: following up where required and responding to enquires.
Important details:
- Location 49 Symonds Street Auckland CBD
- Start date - 9th February 2026 until the end of April 2026
- Hours per week casual on-demand across Monday to Friday
- 1-week full training onsite
- Hourly rate - $28.53 - $29.60 per hour depending on skills/experience
About the team Mō tō mātou rōpū
This role reports to the HR Services Manager and will support two HR Administrators. You will be working alongside the wider HR Services team (HR Services Coordinators HR-IT and Payroll)
