Project/Program:
New York State of Health
New York State of Health (NYSOH) is New Yorks official health plan marketplace established by Executive Order No. 42. The temporary personnel services requested are needed to support the on-going design and development of information technology systems consistent with enrollment goals and federal and state law and rules.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Specific activities to be performed include but are not limited to:
Design and develop multi-platform integration between Java and PHP
apps using restful services.
Provide guidance and support in implementing secure Software
development life cycle
Research design and implement best practices for integrating multiple
applications into a platform as a service model.
Mandatory Qualification:
Systems Architect -
Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e. a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement including a breakdown of the system into components the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment especially the user) and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.
Expert -
84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months of experience working in an enterprise application environment with expertise in PHP development Restful APIs front end technologies JavaScript jQuery bootstrrap css
- 84 months of experience in cloud CDN tools AWS Cloudfront Application load balancers.
- 84 months of experience working with Drupal content management system including custom themes and modules.
- 60 months of experience working with authentication techniques Single Sign On multi-factor Authentication for content management systems.
- 36 months of experience working with container-based technologies and container orchestration.
- 84 months of experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
