The Traffic role is responsible for accurate execution reconciliation and documentation of all posttrade activities for commodities and renewable certificates ensuring seamless endtoend transaction management data integrity compliance and full traceability across biomethane and certificate value chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and reconcile all posttrade activitiesincluding confirmations settlements and transaction capturewhile resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate records across systems and registries.
- Manage invoicing payments and billing processes maintaining complete financial documentation and supporting internal and external audits.
- Execute verify and document certificate and commodity transactions across registries such as ISCC REDcert ERGaR and national GoO systems ensuring compliant issuance transfers & retirements.
- Coordinate physical logistics when required including nominations scheduling transport and storage ensuring alignment with contractual delivery obligations and certificate workflows.
- Maintain auditable compliant documentation across all transactions and collaborate with certification and commercial teams on reporting regulatory submissions and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications :
- Education in Business Finance Logistics or related discipline.
- 3 years of experience in traffic operations settlements or back-office functions within commodities energy or certificates markets is an asset.
- Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles data reconciliation and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with renewable energy certificates (PoS GoO) and energy logistics is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail analytical mindset and strong coordination skills.
