Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sustaining qualification of BQST HAMR process
- Driving improvement in overall KPI quality performance cost leadership that relate to BQST process to meet business commitment.
- Setup qualify convert tester and monitor KPI performance.
- Update related documents; WI PI OCAP and FMEA
- Compliance to Standards; IMS contamination/ESD requirement
- Inform and highlight to higher level when find abnormalities of better or worse signs.
- Follow Regulation Discipline and Orientation and comply with company policies rules regulations & THO documents.
- Control and follow up to achieve management plan.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering or related field Electronic engineering Electrical engineering.
- At least 2-5 years in Test Engineering field.
- Fluent in English communication.
SKILLS:
- Machine installation fixing and development
- Problem solving and Decision making
- Good Interpersonal Skill Pro-active Positive Attitude Accountable Dynamic
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing coordinating and managing the efforts of others
