Cook Breakfast Shifts

Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for a passionate and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team on a casual basis.

This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a consistently high standard and helping deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare ingredients and assist with the cooking and plating of meals.
• Cook a variety of dishes in line with menu standards and guest expectations.
• Ensure excellent presentation of meals before service.
• Maintain proper food storage safety and hygiene standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean organised and compliant with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Breakfast shifts 
• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
• Immediate start available

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hour
Saturday: $38.78 per hour
Sunday: $45.24 per hour

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Minimum 12 months experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Positive proactive attitude and genuine passion for cooking.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
