- Coordinates with the requestors correct product specifications to ensure orders are correct and follow-up deliveries from suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of orders.
- Continuous product sourcing to find alternative items and supplier development to obtain several sources.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management Supply chain or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
- Excellent communication negotiation and understanding of purchasing principles and procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and procurement platforms.
