We are seeking a skilled manufacturing/maintenance associate to ensure our production runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the shift. The ideal candidate will work closely with TPM team to maintain machinery problem solve issues and ensuring the shop floor is clean and safe.
For Associates working with the TPM team tasks include but are not limited to:
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety absolute and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure all machinery operates at optimum efficiency
- First escalation point of contact for equipment failure
- Provide training to new associates on equipment.
- Teamwork: Work closely with TPM team to address tool down issues. Assist with training new or cross-functional team members contributing to a positive and cooperative team environment.
Qualifications :
- Ability to read and apply work instructions follow directions understand and execute safety and quality procedures.
- Must be flexible to work in other departments when requested. Must be able to work overtime when requested.
- Must be able to speak read and write English.
- Manufacturing experience in assembly and/or troubleshooting skills
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
