Lead Healthcare Management(m/w/d)

Als Lead Healthcare Management leitest du das regionale Healthcare Management Team innerhalb des Communications Government Affairs & Market Access Bereichs von ViiV Healthcare. Du verantwortest die strategische Steuerung und operative Umsetzung regionaler Market Access Aktivitäten sowie ausgewählter nationaler Initiativen und regionaler gesundheitspolitischer Aktivitäten rund um das Thema HIV. Du entwickelst proaktive Kooperationsprojekte mit Stakeholdern und stellst die Integration von Market-Access und Government Affairs Perspektiven in das strategische Account Management sicher.

Hauptaufgaben

• Entwicklung und Führung der regionalen Market-Access-Strategie im Einklang mit der nationalen ViiV Strategie
• Sicherstellung der Implementierung von Zugangsstrategien für aktuelle Produkte und zukünftige Launches
• Sicherstellung der Integration von Market-Access Perspektiven in strategische Account-Pläne und Entwicklung cross-funktionaler Account-Strategie gemeinsam mit anderen Customer Facing Bereichen.
• Analyse gesundheitspolitischer Trends und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Regionen
• Führung Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des regionalen Healthcare-Management-Teams
• Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Beziehungen zu regionalen und nationalen Entscheidungsträgern und Meinungsbildnern
• Initiierung und Steuerung komplexer Versorgungsprojekte sowie überregionaler Kooperationsprojekte

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und Qualifikation nach 75 AMG
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen davon mehrere Jahre in Market-Access-Funktionen
• Bestehendes Netzwerk zu relevanten regionalen Akteuren (insbesondere Krankenkassen KVen)
• Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in cross-funktionalen Teams
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im regionalen und nationalen Market Access sowie gesundheitspolitischen Rahmenbedingungen
• Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in cross-funktionalen Teams
• Strategisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz
• Hohe digitale Kompetenz inkl. Affinität zu KI-gestützten Lösungen
• Hohe Innovationskraft und Kreativität
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse zusätzlich zu Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Erfahrung in der HIV-Indikation und Launch-Erfahrung
