We are looking for a Business Analyst that is passionate about continuous improvement and measuring those improvements to the customer experience. The role includes identifying forecasting and measuring the benefits realization of improvement projects across CARE. It will involve aggregating these benefits tracking and reporting progress against organisational continuous improvement goals. It will also involve analyzing data to identify opportunities for the organisation to drive efficiencies within our operational processes both internal and customer facing. The role will have visibility to our leadership teams and will work with stakeholders across the business.

What You Will Do

• Identify and address operational financial and technological risks across the CARE organization.

• Partner with collaborators to predict the effect of continuous improvement projects on important performance measures.

• Assess the benefits achieved from continuous improvement projects delivering progress reports to senior management.

• Analyze historical data to identify trends and insights highlighting potential focus areas for the team.

• Lead continuous development projects guaranteeing alignment with business objectives and proactive risk oversight.

• Evaluate recommend and implement opportunities to improve internal tools and processes.

• Aggregate data from multiple sources to enable effective decision-making.

• Mentor junior team members to improve analytical perfection and drive standard methodologies.

Your Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in project management within a fast-paced organization.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Engineering Economics or a related field.

• Proven experience working with large datasets and using data to inspire change.

• Strong experience with Lean Operational Excellence or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Excellent communication problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies.

• Experience with project management software (e.g. JIRA Trello Slack) and reporting tools (e.g. Looker Tableau Quicksight).

• Experience working closely with global and remote teams from multiple departments/functions.
