Job Summary
Care Runners EMS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team inStockbridge this role you will oversee field operations ensuring quality service delivery and effective team coordination. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily field activities and personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance training and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with staff management and clients to address any issues or concerns.
- Assist in scheduling reporting and administrative tasks related to field operations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and troubleshoot operational problems in the field.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in EMS or related healthcare fields preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and personnel effectively.
- Knowledge of EMS protocols safety regulations and best practices.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus.
