Seasonal Naturalist (Spring Field Trip Season) $18.08
Dallas County Conservation Board is seeking an enthusiastic educator to assist with the spring field trip season. Programming includes teaching environmental education programs for 2nd8th grade students with most programs being day-long outdoor field days focused on Iowa plants wildlife habitats and geology. Applicants should have experience working with or teaching children in outdoor or educational settings possess a valid drivers license and have current CPR/First Aid certification (or be willing to obtain within the first month of employment). Position runs from March to the end of May.

- Programming includes teaching value-based environmental education programs for school-aged students 2nd through 8th grade. The majority of programs are day-long outdoor field days focused on iowa plants wildlife habitats and geology.
Other duties as assigned
- This is a full-time seasonal position.Position runs from March to the end of May.
Qualifications
- Experience in Biology Education or related field is preferred.
- Experience working with or teaching children in outdoor or educational settings.
- Must be 18 years old.
- State of Iowa drivers license.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within the first month of work).
- Background checks are required.
