DePaula Mazda is seeking a customer service professional to join our team as a Service Advisor. Service Advisors act as the point of communication between technicians and our customers and are often the first point of contact for the customer upon arrival.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer incoming calls for service
Assign vehicles to technicians
Complete estimates and obtain authorization for work to be completed
Order parts
Complete final invoice and present the invoice to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction
Monitor pending work and communicate with various departments and customers as needed

Qualifications:
Previous automotive experience is required
Valid drivers license in good standing
Computer-literacy and willingness to learn new programs
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in-person and over the phone
Experience using Microsoft Office
Reynolds & Reynolds or Ignite experience is preferred
